About the author: Jacqueline Kempton practised as a solicitor in
London and Kent. She is now an Associate Professor at The
University of Law in London. Gill Williams is an Associate
Professor at the Chester and Online campuses of The University of
Law. Prior to joining the university, she was in practice as a
