Their Idea: When a movie buff and a Chef fall in love...
Ideas are powerful if you are bold enough to share those, so
they discussed their thoughts and passions until the architecture
was in place to house their visions...
Whenever she talked with him about food items mentioned in
movies that she adores, he was inspired to create entire meals
based upon those ideas. He wrote the recipes and cooked the meals,
and then they dined with incredible movie-inspired meals while
watching those movies.
One evening, over dessert, they discussed how much fun they had
combining movies with meals and how other people would enjoy this
new twist on dinner and a movie too. This was the birth of the idea
for this book.
Ideas are powerful if given focus and direction, so they started
to plan and to work...
As a Chef and author, he is amazing at offering recipes that
taste awesome and can be created at home by beginners. As a movie
buff and editor, she gives him the inspiration, tests meals, does
the dishes, translates his "Chef speak" for the recipes, and edits
his books.
Ideas are powerful if given support, so they created a project
on kickstarter.com to obtain the financial support needed to create
this cookbook...

project a possibility, and we thank you. You, who believed in our
vision and in our potential to fulfill that vision with this
book.
Ideas are powerful if given a voice to communicate...
Each movie inspired recipe was crafted with accompanying recipes
into a meal of three courses (appetizer, entree, dessert) which
complement each other. Each meal was designed to serve four people
so that you can share the fun with family and friends.
The MIM Trivia Game was crafted with hints of different
difficulty levels, to see if you can guess the movie that inspired
the one recipe from each three course meal. The mess was formed
into a book draft, then Lisa did the editing (and the dinner dishes
) until everything was as it should be.
The Result of the Idea...
