When Dawn finds a mysterious golden box covered in indecipherable
hieroglyphs on a daytrip to the tiny island of Hilbre, she thinks
it's a pretty trinket, an artefact from the island's smuggling
past, a good luck charm for her band's next gig. Little does she,
or anyone around her, suspect its power - no one, that is, except
Rob, her band mate, who has a nasty glint in his eye. But all is
not as it seems. For at that very moment warring alien forces are
frantically searching for the precious Nexus Facilitator and will
stop at nothing to retrieve it, and it just happens to be gold in
colour and engraved with detailed star maps.
