When a second space elevator appears in Belem, Brazil, a new colony
forms within its protective aura, shielded from the deadly plague
that ravaged the planet. But Skyler and Tania soon realise that the
infected subhumans outside the safe zone are changing into
something much more terrifying. As another Builder event looms,
