Since they do so on Damnation Isle, in the Aleutian Chain of islands, they consequently decide to call themselves the Damnation Brigade. They may be all that can stand against the Apocalyptics and their allies. Although evidently mortal and mostly human, they may also be the sons and daughters of the Gods and Goddesses, the Demons and Monsters, of ancient mythologies.
