Douglas Aarniokoski writes and directs this horror starring Paz de la Huerta as Abby Russell, a nurse who takes it upon herself to murder men who have cheated on their wives and girlfriends. As Abby takes an interest in newly graduated nurse Danni (Katrina Bowden), she suggests a night out to a club where she spikes her drink and takes her home to have sex with her and several strangers. When Abby discovers that Danni's stepfather Larry (Martin Donovan) is having an affair she seduces him and stages a car accident that kills him instantly. As Abby's obsession with Danni grows a new member of staff shows up at the hospital recognising Abby as a girl she once knew; a girl who was committed to a mental institution...
