Ron Dowling, a homicide detective, is suffering through a marital
break-up, as well as, the stressful competition of promotion to
Chief. Somehow, he must maintain a delicate balance between family,
job, and mental stability. The last thing Dowling needs is a madman
terrorizing the city with his diabolical plan.
Wesley Robinson, a veterinarian with a crazed imagination and a
supernatural ability, is that madman.
Time is of the essence. In the process of tracking Wesley
Robinson, Dowling discovers his own two sons may have become his
next intended victims.
