Ismael Akubar a learned doctor of philosophy becomes the Saracen
Scimitar Assassin after learning the identities of Israeli soldiers
who tortured and killed his father. He escapes from Israel to Iran
where later he becomes a delegate to the UN. Irene Michals meets
Ismael and instant chemistry is ignited. Boris Kaminetsky, CIA,
uses Irene's linguistic skills and her beauty to develop
intelligence related to Ismael. She develops a good relationship
with Ismael during which he is forced to defend himself revealing
considerable combat skills. Ismael is joined at the UN by his
mentor Abu, and together they plan a nuclear attack on US cities to
