There's something achingly familiar about Daniel Grigori.
Mysterious and aloof, he captures Luce Price's attention from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in sultry Savannah, Georgia. He's the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch every move.
Even though Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce--and goes out of his way to make that very clear--she can't let it go. Drawn to him like a moth to a flame, she has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret . . . even if it kills her.
Dangerously exciting and darkly romantic, "Fallen "is a page turning thriller and the ultimate love story.

Awesome series

Sat, 28 May 2016 | Review by: AshB

I read the fallen series for the first time in 2012. Reread the whole series May 2015. Both times I fell in love with the characters and story. I've always been a fan of 1st POV (Point of View). It felt more real and connected. First novel I wrote was 1st POV. I felt comfortable reading and using it. Something has changed, I delved into Lauren Kate's writing style, 3rd POV and loved how her characters evolved - character development. Story is about Angels and Demons. Strong biblical references. Its to each its own. Don't try to take out anything personally. At the end of the day this is a work of fiction!
