The connection is more reliable than the Bluetooth keyboard I had. This keyboard and mouse combo is NOT unifying compatible! I wanted to use the mouse and keyboard on separate machines, one of which already has a unifying receiver, which is now impossible. I now need both the unifying receiver (for my mx mouse) and the receiver for this keyboard plugged in. The mouse that came with the combo is now useless.
