Family adventure about a young animal-lover, Owen (Luke Benward), who inadvertently thwarts a criminal gang's latest plan when he rescues their dog. When Owen's family leave him in the care of his annoying older sister, he soon distracts himself by taking pity on a mistreated golden retriever.
