Before the events of Fragments, there was one story that had to be
told... Destiny: a predetermined course of events often held to be
an irresistible power or agency. Newly promoted Lieutenant Logan
Starr thought he was being assigned to a second tour with his
flight crew of the Galactic Command carrier Sentry. Instead he
found out that he was being assigned to escort duty of some top
Military Advisors. As his mission begins, things seem easy...a
little too easy. Suddenly raiders attack the escort, forcing Logan
and Kari Trask, a young military advisor, to abandon ship. Crash
landing on a nearby planet, Logan & Kari must try to find a way
off the planet, while dodging the local gangs and raider militia.
In their journey, Logan learns that he has been chosen for a
greater destiny...one that he has no idea of.
