The Hungarian Yearbook of International Law and European Law
consists of a collection of articles written mostly by Hungarian
authors, covering developments in the field of international law
and EU law, and progress in the domestic implementation and
application of these fields of law. The thematic part of this
volume focuses on the soft law of the European Union, in
particular, its application in different policy fields, such as
environmental policy, integration policy, CAP and collective
redress. This Yearbook also contains several articles centering on
the 60th anniversary of the Rome Treaty. Finally, the volume offers
a comprehensive picture of the state of application and
implementation of EU law and international law in Hungary.
