The two people who can be linked to both kids are Jillian and Wendy's boyfriend, Chad Tucker. Maddy uncovers a diabolical plan perpetuated by the psychopathic teenager and her friend's boyfriend who, he himself, is caught up in Jillian's web of lies and deceit. Now the hard part-proving it. The investigation becomes a game of cat and mouse between Maddy and Jillian as Maddy struggles to find some way to link Jillian to the murders. Suspicion doesn't get you a conviction.
