since Vic James emerged alive from the dangerous CIA mission in
Iraq. While struggling with PTSD, he becomes a successful business
man and is traveling to ink a deal with the Ecuadorean government.
He gets sucked into a smuggler's web that is tied directly to the
Chinese government and embarks on another dangerous mission for the
CIA. Written by Mark Dale, who was a Special Agent in the OSI, and
a decorated war veteran. Mark has extensive knowledge and
experience in intelligence, counter-intelligence and combat.
