The town of Fleetwood is surrounded with murder and mystery as Cash Wheeler and his friends try to maintain their innocence of a deadly accident they werent involved in, years earlier, after a deadly street race claims the life of a friend. Emery not only falls for a possible enemy, but also finds himself and the posse on the trail of a duo of possible vigilantes who are terrorizing the Highway.
