Bad quality audio, stuggles with connecting

I have a few audio devices all of which connect easily to my Laptop and android phone. I bought this so I could connect to my PC, but it is always a struggle to connect. The software is difficult and non-intuitive. Its just not worth the hassle even if this was a fraction of the price.
