The streets of Queen City belong to the notorious Durrant crime
family until the emergence of a shadowy figure known only as the
Stranger. As Queen City's finest track a deranged serial killer,
grizzled yet burnt out Detective Patches O'Brien must overcome his
own personal demons for the good of the city. Meanwhile, the
Stranger imposes his own twisted brand of justice upon the Durrant
crime family. The Durrants can handle the cops, but this would-be
vigilante has become a thorn in their side. A thorn that must be
removed at all costs...
