Nils Jonsson-Rose's Lawns and Gardens helped late-Victorian readers
improve the appeal of their homes through the beautification of
their lawns and gardens. In this book, the author covers such
landscape gardening topics as drives and walks, flower beds,
hedges, orchard and kitchen gardens, and trees. Originally
published in 1897, it includes more than 150 plans and
illustrations by the author.
