For the discerning artist that requires a rich black for drawing, then Nitram B is the answer. It is very soft, yet is still able to carry a point for working rich blacks into the paper or canvas.
HOWEVER if you are working on a piece that requires extra deep black – then the new Nitram Baton de Saule is more black than the Nitram B.Box contains 5 square charcoal sticks. Each stick is approximately 152mm long and 5mm wide.
