Fraglich ist auch, ob fur alle Verfahren nur ein Insolvenzverwalter bestellt werden kann. Die Publikation fuhrt die Doppelinsolvenz auf einen einheitlichen Gedanken zuruck und entwickelt ausgehend von diesem Gedanken eine Loesung fur die einzelnen Abstimmungsprobleme.
