Organic Life Nutrition Cream Of Rice is a naturally cholesterol free, fat free and gluten free, unrefined complex carbohydrate cereal, with no added salt, sugar, preservatives or colouring, just as nature intended. Organic Life Nutrition Cream Of Rice is a great choice for healthy and gluten-free lifestyles-delicious, simple and easy to prepare, it is tasty nutrition for your whole family, infants included.
Note - This product is intended to be used in conjunction with a balanced diet. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition or for weight reduction.
Ingredients: Ground White Rice, Cocoa Powder (in chocolate variant only), Flavouring, Sucralose (non-nutritive sweetener).

This product is made in a facility that uses tree nuts, peanuts, soya, wheat (gluten), eggs and milk (dairy).
Directions for use:
Place 1 level scoop (Approx. 30 g) of Cream Of Rice into a deep bowl. Add salt to taste (optional).
Add Approx. 50 ml (4 Tablespoons) of cold water and blend into a smooth slurry with a spoon or fork. Add a further Approx. 150 ml (⅔ of a cup) boiling water and stir
Place the bowl in a microwave and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Keep a regular check on the bowl to prevent the cereal from boiling over, stopping to stir every minute if necessary. Cautiously remove the bowl from the microwave (beware the extreme heat).
Stir in milk or almond milk to achieve your desired consistency (typically 75-100 ml). Allow to cool & enjoy!
Infant Use: Organic Life Cream Of Rice makes a delicious food for infants. Made with plain milk or with formula, it’s easy to swallow and digest. Follow microwave cooking instructions using ¼ cup water and 1 tablespoon Cream Of Rice, omitting salt. Stir in infant formula to desired consistency.
