Extremely Unhappy

I ordered this product thinking it would look like this one. Unfortunately to my disappointment it did not. It was the normal parrot presenter and not this one. It did not come with batteries either. Being a first time buyer with loot.co.za I am very unhappy and expected better. I hope there is something that can be done. Chevalya
