Lex Payne and Duke Elliot from Equinox Anti-Crime Agency, EACA,
have been selected as a classified team to investigate a prominent
citizen suspected of smuggling guns into an island in the
Caribbean, as the police had not been able to implicate the suspect
in an eight-month operation. While on the case, the special agents
confirm a suspicion that a police officer in the loop has been
interfering with the investigation and feeding the suspect with
