Documentary examining the career of influential singer-songwriter
Patti Smith. The programme looks at Patti's career from the mid
'70s to the early '80s, a period in which she released some of her
most renowned work after forming the Patti Smith Group in 1974.
Featuring archive footage alongside interviews with the artist and
those who worked closely with her, the story follows her career
from starting in New York's CBGB's to co-writing her biggest
commercial hit 'Because the Night' with Bruce Springsteen.
