The tale of two very unlikely partners in crime set in New York
City's Roaring Twenties. Nola is a poor white girl living on the
streets who has learned to survive by any means necessary. Slim is
a black pimp with a shady history, constantly looking over his
shoulder in fear of his own past. When their options run out and
their paths cross, Nola and Slim forge a partnership as hired
killers. Miss: Better Living Through Crime is a story about what it
takes two people to survive when all they have is a gun and each
other.
