I was excited to buy this product as my brother has one as well and i loved the sound quality. I have used this item for just under a month as my delivery was a week late and i was away for nearly two weeks. Now the left ear isnt working. i am highly disappointed. I have bought cheaper products that last longer. Honestly, the two stars are for the sound quality. I am being generous with the 2 stars, to be honest.
