Femininity, sensuality, eroticism, love, loss, and finding oneself
are all themes contained in this fictitious collection of poetry
presented from the diaries of two contrasting female personas:
Jezebel- the uncensored, erotic, adventurous, and uninhibited woman
who has no problem acting upon her desires and speaking her mind.
And Juliet- the melancholy, reflective, introspective,
philosophical, bereaved romantic who still hopes for the
possibility of a love everlasting. Their writings embody a
dichotomy of female romanticism through distinctly differing
perspectives, reflecting the thoughts and feelings of every woman's
internal Jezebel & Juliet. If read sequentially, the underlying
themes reflect the evolution of a woman's growth while on the path
to self discovery.
