I bought this mouse in August 2022. As of December 2022, I've had to replace the battery in the mouse on average at least every second week. Doesn't matter if I switch it off when not in use or leave it on. My old Logitech mouse would last for month on the same battery. I'm not particularly impressed with this mouse.
