50% to 2020

Mon, 1 Feb 2021 | Review by: Chris G.

This is an interesting book, loaded with facts and snippets of information about events and activities in the first two decades of the 21st century. A number of the things it features (it was published in 2018, according to its copyright statement) have been achieved or surpassed, and there are several rather trivial sections, seemingly included simply to boost the page count. The book is also often difficult to read: many of its pages are printed either in reverse (white text on a black page) or on a coloured paper in non-black ink, where the text tends to disappear into the background colour.
