The impportant specs for a sound system is Power in Watt RMS. Total harmonic distortion at full power etc. None of these essential details are given. How can one evaluate a product? Size means nothing. Your so called details are really a joke.

My Samsung HW-N400/XA Soundbar does not play sound from my Samsung TV (Model code: UA46C5000)

This Samsung HW-N400/XA Soundbar does not play sound from my Samsung TV (Model code: UA46C5000), I tried all different connections/wiring, but it just does not work, bought the sound bar on 15 Jan 2019, intend returning it, so disappointed cause I thought I got it at a great price.
