When we moved we decided to buy a new washing machine and based our purchase with Loot on the 4 to 7 day delivery period quoted. We placed our order on the 1st of Jan and we are still waiting for delivery on the 18th making it 15 working days. We have spent more than double the Loot "saving" at the laundromat!

Dissapointing

Not even a year and my washing machine is not washing the dark clothes clean, there are white marks all over as the machine filter is impossible to clean so the fluff doesnt get caught from the clothes. Magic dispenser, not sure why thay call it that as there is nothing magical about this dispencer. The lid that you are suppose to use to do some pre-treating of your clothes is always in the way of the so called magic dispencer (or it keeps on falling dow when loading the machine) so you struggle to get the washing powder in the machine. I have had a samsung previously, a much older model which I used for 21 years, this new one is a complete dissapointment. i am letting my clutch on the previous one fixed and will use the older model again.
