The sound is good, better than my AKG's (wireless) but not as good as my Grado's ( wired) My big reservation is the need to tune them before use. On the headphone is a volume 'wheel' , a tuning 'wheel' and an on/off switch. I feel they are better suited to movies than music. The 'hangar' is the charging 'wire' and it works well, very convenient.
