The Girl in the Park (DVD)

Drama starring Sigourney Weaver as Julia Sandburg, a mother who is haunted by the disappearance of her three-year-old daughter 15 years previously. Emotionally detached from everyone who was once close to her, Julia has built a wall around herself that even her husband Doug (David Rasche) and son Chris (Alessandro Nivola) cannot penetrate. However, when Julia meets Louise (Kate Bosworth), a disturbed young woman with an enigmatic past, Julia's long-suppressed pain begins to surface - along with the illogical and irrational hope that Louise might be her long-lost daughter.
