by eminent authors in the field of evidence. The text is linked

thoroughly updated to include the most recent cases and the
provisions of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and
the Civil Evidence Act 1995. All major syllabus areas are
covered.;The author also wrote "Blackstone's Guide to the Road
