Contra-Indications:	Not safe for use in pregnancy. Safety while breast-feeding has not been established. Benzodiazepines: Theoretically ashwagandha may increase the effects of benzodiazepines. Benzodiazepines include diazepam, clonazepam, alprazolam, flurazepam, lorazepam, midazolam and others. CNS Depressants: Theoretically, ashwagandhas sedative effect may potentiate the effects of barbiturates. Immunosuppressants: Theoretically, ashwaghandha might decrease the effectiveness of immunosuppressant therapy because of its potentially immunostimulating effects.

Use Instructions:	Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Can be taken with or without meals. Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily.
