Chromium should only be used in pregnancy under the supervision of a medical practitioner. Breastfeeding women should not take more than 1 tablet per day, unless under the supervision of a medical practitioner. Insulin: Theoretically, comcomitant use might increase the risk of hypoglycaemia.
Levothyroxine: Chromium is believed to bind levothyroxine in the intestinal tract and may lead to reduced absorption. Take levothyroxine at least 30-minutes before or 3-4 hours after chromium.
Medicines that deplete chromium levels or affect absorption include:
€¢ Antacids
€¢ Corticosteroids
€¢ H2-Blockers
€¢ Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs)

| Use Instructions: |
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care provider. This dose can be doubled after 1-2 months if required.
Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care provider.
