Contra-Indications:	Chromium should only be used in pregnancy under the supervision of a medical practitioner. Breastfeeding women should not take more than 1 tablet per day, unless under the supervision of a medical practitioner. Insulin: Theoretically, comcomitant use might increase the risk of hypoglycaemia. Levothyroxine: Chromium is believed to bind levothyroxine in the intestinal tract and may lead to reduced absorption. Take levothyroxine at least 30-minutes before or 3-4 hours after chromium. Medicines that deplete chromium levels or affect absorption include: €¢ Antacids €¢ Corticosteroids €¢ H2-Blockers €¢ Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs)

Use Instructions:	Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet twice daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care provider. This dose can be doubled after 1-2 months if required. Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care provider.

• Adults over 18 years of age: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food.
• Each tablet contains the following active ingredient: 200µg Chromium polynicotinate - (Supplying 24.8 µg of elemental chromium)
• Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate (vegetarian – flow agent) and silicon dioxide.
