• Indications: Folate helps reduces the risk of neural tube defects when taken prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy and is also required for healthy red blood cell production.
• Pharmacological Action: Folate is a vitamin supplement necessary for the normal production of red blood cells, including maturation of megaloblasts into normoblasts.
• Adults: Take 1 tablet daily.
• Each tablet contains the following active ingredient: 500µg Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium)
• Inactive ingredients: Isomalt and magnesium stearate.
• Sugar-free.
• Contains sweetener (Isomalt – 0.285g per tablet).
