Contra-Indications:	Safe for use in pregnancy and breastfeeding. However 3-Per-Day does not supply adequate calcium during pregnancy. It is therefore recommended that pregnant women should also take Calcium Glycinate.

Use Instructions:	Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening after meals, or as recommended by your health care provider. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Take 1 capsule daily after a meal. Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily after a meal.
