| Contra-Indications: |
Safe to use while pregnant (recommended dose: 1 capsule per day) and breastfeeding. Duiretics: Can cause reduced levels of Vitamin B in the body.
Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to vitamin B depletion.
Antacids: Chronic use of antacids can retard vitamin B absorption leading to deficiency.
Antibiotic therapy: Can disrupt the normal GI flora , interfering with the absorption of folic acid.
