• Pharmacological Action: Theanine is evidenced to reduce mental and physical stress and produce feelings of relaxation. Theanine is speculated to produce these effects by increasing serotonin, dopamine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and it has micromolar affinities for AMPA, kainate, and NMDA receptors.
• Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach.
• Each capsule contains the following active ingredient: 300mg L-Theanine
• Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate.
