The Spinefitter is the holy grail of back pain sufferers. I personally have had hollow back and back pain since I was around 14 years old, which has been getting worse for years. I am now 31, and I even have pain when washing dishes, as my entire back muscles immediately cramp. Now I've met the Spinefitter in back school, and, oh my lord, it was wonderful. I've really tried a lot; even the sport itself barely did anything for me, but the Spine Fitter simply relieves all cramps. So I saved myself up, and since then I've been lying on the part continuously once a day (sometimes even twice for the first time) and doing a few gentle "exercises." After one and a half to two weeks, you really notice how soft the muscles should be. Since then, the muscles have hardly caused any problems. At R2100 for what it is, you really pay a lot. But I don't know anything else that has helped me so far, and in view of the fact that I have now significantly regained my quality of life, it was absolutely worth the money to me. Yes, I still have problems with the fact that the muscles cramp quickly, but the time period until this happens has become much longer and the pain is much less. And once placed on the part for 3 minutes, the pain is gone again, where I had previously had problems for hours. Guys, really, invest the money; you absolutely won't regret it.
