Shocking shocking service..I buy online all the time and this is the first time that I have given a negative review....it's my fault as I thought I could save R60 as TAKELOT was R60 more expensive. The pots had to be first ordered in but no where on the app did they state that it was not a stock item and that it had to be ordered in......advised via email that today (18th March 2021) 10 days later that it had been handed to courier which would take a further
3 days to be delivered as where I live is classed as rural because it is 1 hour from Cape Town.
