1704. The clearness and fullness of the scriptures in the work of
our redemption is exactly to be reverenced; so as no man ought to
teach or believe anything touching our redemption by Christ, which
is not expressly witnessed in the scared scriptures, much less may
be distrust the manifest words of the Holy Ghost to be impertinent
or insufficient in declaring the true price and mean of our
redemption. Due to the age and scarcity of the original we
reproduced, some pages may be spotty, faded or difficult to read.
