The journey to 100 friends begins with a single conversation.
Socially anxious high school student Shoko Komi's greatest dream is
to make some friends, but everyone at school mistakes her crippling
social anxiety for cool reserve! With the whole student body
keeping their distance and Komi unable to utter a single word,
friendship might be forever beyond her reach. Timid Tadano is a
total wallflower, and that's just the way he likes it. But all that
changes when he finds himself alone in a classroom on the first day
of high school with the legendary Komi. He quickly realizes she
isn't aloof-she's just super awkward. Now he's made it his mission
to help her on her quest to make 100 friends!

I am here reviewing the product, as I feel that is what one does when they review. Where can I begin with this. I have taken time before posting up a review of course, so much so that I am on volume 19 already while writing this. What speaks to me about this series is its portrayal of social anxiety, for which many can relate to, including myself. Thus, when I take the time to read this series I can only sympathize with the main characters inability to communicate as I feel the pain and understand the struggle of social interaction. Other than that, it would be down to the art and story, it's really good and appeals not only to teens but to adults too. That is what makes this amazing. It's a rom-com through and through with good jokes for adults and teens. trust me, do not skip this one as it's amazing!
