The primary objectives of this report are to: 1. Build from the
National Monument's purpose and significance statements and
identify the important physical resources critical to achieving the
Monument's purpose and maintaining its significance. 2. Provide
background information for the Monument's important physical
resources (current condition, related trends, and issues/threats).
3. Define the relevant laws and policies related to physical
resources that support management decisions, and identify
stakeholder interest.
