Great music, nice collaboration. Branford does a great job here, this is my first taste of the man's music. One of my fav trumpet players, Terence Blanchard is also at his best. I am a bit unsure about the vocals in the first track though, something is missing... That being said this cd is the bomb. Robert Hurst on bass, uh! He too is his usual best. Kenny Kirkland on piano, makes them keys sing! Beautiful music indeed!
