Children 3-6 years: Half a medicine measure (2,5ml) to be taken once daily. Children 7-12 years: One medicine measure (5ml) to be taken once daily. Adults: Two medicine measures (10ml) to be taken once to three times daily. Unless otherwise prescribed. Shake before use. May be taken on its own, or added to water, tea, milk, fruit salad or natural yogurt. Once opened use within 1 month.
