The watch seems to work so far. You need to keep in mind a few things. - It is made for a kid/small arm. I doubt it will fit on a teen or adult. - No touch screen. Very basic functions. - It charges with micro usb cable. [phone charger] - It has 4 buttons: SOS button and the remaining 3 is to program in 3 numbers for calling purposes. - You set the watch time via the app. Out of the box: the watch is 2hrs behind once it connects to the cellphone network. Adjust the time by adding 2hrs+ via App time setting. - I have not figured out yet how to adjust the volume. It is loud by default. - I used a Vodacom sim, No issues so far. - The watch has GPS functionality. - GPS does not work through buildings. If your kid/watch is indoors the location will be inaccurate because it will switch to LBS & Wifi. [inaccurate by a few kilometers] - The GPS works fairly well outside in terms of tracking and accuracy. [out by a meters instead of kilometers] - The app to use: CarePro+ or SeTracker. - Bind the watch to the app with the Reg code on the sticker at the back of the watch NOT the IMEI number. - The sim needs to be loaded with airtime + data. If you are using a vodacom sim, register the number on the vodacom app to be able to check how much data & airtime is on the time
