Yiting Lee's simple tale about an ordinary man in an ordinary world carries a strong message about existence, the desire to try something new and what true happiness means. Mr White is the first of Yiting's books being published by Hogs Back Books. Yiting studied Children's book illustration at Cambridge School of Art. She uses loosely drawn lines to illustrate scenes and then adds bright colours to bring them to life and this approach inspired the story for Mr White.
